The staff made our arrival feel warm and cute.
The sound insulation in the building is poor, making it hard to avoid disturbances from adjacent rooms.

Stylish accommodation, amicable staff, peaceful location opposite a park. Location just off the city centre, the biggest shopping malls and old town.

They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with a beautiful garden and Netflix, as for instance and care about everyone. There is an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The hotel offers favourable and quiet location in the center.

great location but could use more bathroom hooks
The location is perfect for exploring, especially for walking to nearby attractions and dining spots. The breakfast each morning was a highlight, particularly the delicious Thai options. The city view from my room provided a lovely backdrop.
More towel hooks in the bathroom would be beneficial.

Echo Hotel Chiang Mai is a total gem! The staff is bright like a sunny day and goes the extra mile to. I loved waking up to the chirping birds and indulging in their good breakfast-just the right fuel before hitting the streets of Chiang Mai! The beautiful koi pond was serene, and let's not forget the always-available coffee.
Now, while the vibe was chill, I could hear my neighbors like we were in a chatty coffee shop. One night, a guest banged on the wall because I was chatting, which cracked me up but also made me wince. Plus, bathroom sounds echoed a bit too much from downstairs, but it kind of added to the funny memories.

I recently stayed at The Echo Hotel for a week and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautifully new and located in a peaceful area, allowing for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to meet our needs. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. Additionally, the pool was a great amenity, despite the slightly chilly temperature. The hotel also provided complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and bottled water throughout our stay, a thoughtful gesture.
